The goal behind our company is not to take on any construction project but to focus solely on accessory dwelling units, allowing us to be the complete package and bring a premium experience at an affordable price. The decision to only build ADUs stemmed from seeing the need in Silicon Valley for more than just general contractors and prefabbed units.
Our exclusive focus allows us to complete projects on schedule and within budget regardless of what type of ADU you choose: detached, garage conversions, junior (or carve out) units, or prefab installation. We are the difference between a company who can build an ADU and a company who should.

Sam is the boots on the ground Founder at Bayfront ADU. He handles everything from site feasibility through to final walkthrough. Coming from a family of Real Estate developers, he has lived residential construction his whole life and is known for specializing in hard to build spaces, making him a perfect fit for ADU design and construction.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker with 10 years of experience helping real estate investors maximize their returns, Brad has a deep understanding of what an ADU adds beyond livable space. He'll help you understand how all the numbers come together.
