Bayfront Contracting was founded on a simple idea: adding a home to a property you already own shouldn't require managing five separate companies. We bring design, engineering, permitting, and construction under one roof, so owners across the San Francisco Bay Area get one team, one contract, and one point of contact from the first site walk to the final inspection.
We focus exclusively on accessory dwelling units, detached cottages, garage conversions, and junior ADUs, because specialization is what keeps a project on schedule and on budget. It's the difference between a contractor learning on your dime and a team that has done this a hundred times before.

A lifelong Silicon Valley resident from a family of general contractors and real-estate investors, Brad handles construction operations and the economics of each build. He helps owners understand what an ADU adds in livable space, rental income, and long-term property value.
