Who sends the messages
Bayfront Contracting (California contractor licence #1131251), doing business as Bayfront ADU. Program name: Bayfront ADU text updates.
What we send
- Replies to questions you have asked us about building an ADU.
- Scheduling and reminders for your free site walk.
- Status updates on your project: permits, inspections, schedule.
- Requests for a document, a decision or a signature we need to keep your project moving.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. Some replies to questions may be written by Keyli, our AI assistant, and are marked as such in the conversation.
How you opt in
Only by ticking the consent box yourself, on this page, in the "Get text updates" form in the footer of every page, or beside the phone field on our estimate, calculator and address-lookup forms. The box is unchecked until you tick it, the wording is always the same, and every form submits whether or not you tick it. We store the exact wording you saw, the page, and the time. We never buy, rent or import numbers, and an inbound text does not enrol you.

What you receive when you opt in

Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project; typically a few messages a week while a site walk, permit or build is active, and none otherwise. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. We do not charge for texts.
Help and stopping
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@bayfrontcontracting.com. You will receive: "Bayfront ADU (Bayfront Contracting): reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply. Questions: hello@bayfrontcontracting.com."
- Stop: reply STOP to any message and you are unsubscribed immediately. You will receive: "You have been unsubscribed from Bayfront ADU texts and will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any Bayfront Contracting service. Opting out of texts does not affect email, phone, or our work on your project. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
