Every city we serve keeps its own list of privately designed pre-approved plans. The designers own those drawings and set the plan fees, so we link to each city's gallery rather than reproduce them. We can build any of them.
Site-built plans from approved designers. With a complete site package the permit can issue the same day as the plan-review appointment.
